Z2C is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team, with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with job postings and recruitment-related documentation.
Support the #HR team with day-to-day #recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
