Primehr is looking for an HR Manager for one of its MNC clients.
Job Location: Karachi.
Gender: Female
JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate with relevant experience in:
· HR Systems: Ensure that the organization’s people processes are appropriate for the stage of the company (30%)
· Talent management: Ensure that the organization’s talent strategy is appropriate to accomplish the overall business strategy (30%)
· Total Rewards: Create competitive total reward packages while ensuring employees are paid on time and in compliance with legislation (25%)
· Strategy and Organizational Development: bring a human resource perspective to business, and assist in enabling the organization to accomplish its strategy (15%)
REQUIREMENTS
· A Bachelor’s degree with a major in a relevant field
· Significant experience in human resources management or similar leadership roles in progressively more senior positions, normally acquired over 5-7+ years in the field of Human Resource
· Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

o Exhibit strong written and oral communication.
