They’re Hiring a HR Manager

Habib Sugar Mills Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented HR Manager to join its Human Resources team.
The role will be responsible for strengthening performance management, employee development, HR systems, and key people initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Partner with department heads to align performance objectives with business goals.
Guide managers on performance reviews, constructive feedback, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Coordinate training and development initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.
Lead the end-to-end implementation and administration of TimeTrax and related HR process automation.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, and succession planning initiatives.
Develop HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR best practices, and applicable labour laws.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in TimeTrax implementation and administration is mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage operational HR functions.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
