HRBP-Operations Required
Location : Multan
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be able to onboard new employees and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment process for sites
Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Work closely with Site Management to maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
Implement HR policies & procedures at sites and develop workforce plan
Coordination with Head Office HR Team for succession planning of key positions at Site.
Assist site management in conflict resolution
Keep an eye on textile industry practices for a comparison of strength / compensation & benefits structure
Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages

Qualifications
Masters / MBA /BBA-HR
3 - 4 years of experience at same level preferably in Textile industry.
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
