ZEPCOM is hiring HubSpot Administrator for the US-based client.

The candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing/sales support, along with experience in using the Hubspot CRM platform.
The ideal candidate should have expert-level experience in utilizing the HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service modules.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
A thorough understanding of the HubSpot platform's business and product level is necessary.
Technical knowledge of the HubSpot platform is a bonus.

Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain client's CRM platforms as the HubSpot Administrator
Assist in the implementation of sales, marketing, and service hubs on HubSpot for clients
Manage, maintain, configure, and provide support for sales, marketing, and service hubs
Collaborate closely with management team
Provide day-to-day support for HubSpot, prioritize and process requests, including data imports/exports, reporting, and other ad hoc requests
Review dashboards for accuracy, identify and correct potential sources of errors
Oversee outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, including automation and strategy implementation
Track, measure, and report on digital marketing campaigns
Maintain landing pages, lead collection, and other techniques to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and other important campaign metrics
Support internal tracking, such as customer onboarding, task management, etc.
