Systems Limited is looking for Human Resource Business Partner for it's Lahore office.
- 7 to 8 years of progressive HR business partnering experience
- Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
- Execute talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
