Position: Import Coordinator
Salary: 70 to 80K (Basic)
Location: KHI
Responsibilities
· Prepare TMS Vouchers, Freight Bills and Vendor Invoices for payment
· Reconcile post charges, raise in system and secure approval
· Share allocation with IFS
· Update and share GR tracker
· PEGA tickets posting of E-PRFs
· Report PO Spent & track PO expiry
· Prepare IC Documents
· Update and share Ops TCD
· Cancellation from bank records & elimination from respective GL
· Renew/Extension PO
