Job Title: Import & Supply Chain Officer
Location: Boat Basin, Clifton, Karachi

Job Summary: We are looking for an Import & Supply Chain Officer to manage import documentation, shipment follow ups, and daily supply chain tasks. The role needs someone organized who can coordinate with suppliers, agents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
. Handle import documentation and shipment coordination
. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
. Prepare and verify import documents (LC, invoices, packing lists, BL)
. Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory rules
. Coordinate procurement and purchase orders
. Monitor inventory levels and update stock records
. Manage logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities
. Control import costs and support budget planning
. Prepare import and supply chain status reports for management

Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in imports or supply chain
. Knowledge of Pakistan import procedures and documentation
. Good coordination and follow up skills
. Strong command of MS Excel with ability to prepare reports and maintain data accurately.

Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM
