Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditors to join our Internal Audit Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting field audits of credit operations throughout Pakistan. This position involves extensive travel and provides an opportunity to contribute directly to strengthening transparency, accountability, and operational excellence within Akhuwat’s credit portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills

• Baluchistan and Sindh domiciled candidates will be preferred (to maintain a multicultural team).
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in audit, microfinance, or banking will be an advantage.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan (up to 80% of the time).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
