WE'RE HIRING - ISC Factory Controller

Job Responsibilities:
. Track and analyze production efficiency trends, variances and other operational KPls and quantify their financial impact.
. Monitor costs and consumption of utilities and overheads and highlight cost leakages
. Develop the plant's annual budgets in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
. Track and monitor expenditure against approved budgets and report any discrepancies.
. Manage MP quantities and aging with clear visibility hy process stage
. Consistently examine and report inventory levels.
. Partner with operations, engineering, IE and planning teams to drive performance discussions.

Requirements:
. A qualified CA with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing and plant controlling.
. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to build cost models, KPI trackers and other monitoring tools.
. Strong stakeholder management skills.
. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
