Location: Lahore, DHA Phase 8 (Night Shift)

Timings: 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 130,000

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter – Talent Acquisition, where you’ll play a key role in sourcing and hiring top-tier IT professionals for our US-based clients. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with great exposure to the US staffing industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers on hiring needs.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
• Stay up to date on market trends and recruitment best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms, visa types, and work authorizations.
• Proficiency in ATS systems and major job boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
