Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain hardware and IT infrastructure.
· Oversee and run ERP systems efficiently.
· Handle networking, troubleshooting, and IT support.
· Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Requirements:
· Degree in IT from a reputable university.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
· Strong knowledge of hardware maintenance, ERP systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
· Excellent communication skills.
