Job Location: Dolmen Mall Lahore
QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERENCES
- Graduate from a reputable university
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in activations, events, or on-ground brand executions
- Fluency in English (written & verbal) with strong planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Willingness to work late nights for setup and event execution, with flexible shift management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground activations and events
- Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and external partners for seamless execution
- Oversee setup, execution, and dismantling of activations
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines are met
- Manage on-ground teams during events and activations
- Prepare post-activation reports and documentation
