Education: Masters/Graduation
Job Nature: Permanent – Rotational Shifts
Experience: 7-10 years relevant

Duties and Responsibilities:
Optimize equipment use for vessel and yard tasks.
Coordinate customs examination activities.
Manage traffic flow within the terminal.
Coordinate container shifting with vendors.
Maintain terminal safety standards.
Schedule equipment operators' shifts and manage operators' leaves, availability, and overtime.
Monitor vessel productivity and crane operations and ensure safe handling of special containers.
Report daily to the Shift Manager on strategy and implementation.
