We're HIRING KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER- SIALKOT
We are locking for a dynamic. customer-focused, and strategically driven Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic relationships with Key Accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strengthening long-term partnerships, and driving business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account customers through regular communication and visits
- Resolve customer issues proactively and coordinate with relevant departments for quick closure
- Analyze customer needs and ensure maximum business conversion.
- Coordinate with Operations for timely pickups and priority handling.
- Follow up with Customer Service, Finance, and Collections teams for timely responses and payments.
- Monitor weekly and monthly performance of Key Accounts (volume, weight, revenue, receivables)
- Achieve monthly business growth targets from assigned accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers and operational teams
- Share daily AWB updates with clients during seasonal campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience:
- 4 -6 years selling and pricing, preferably in a service company or competitor
