-Work as business partner for Sales and Marketing
-Assisting departments with their recruitment needs
-Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
-Conducting inductions of new staff
-Employee Engagement initiatives
-Inputting into the monthly payroll, compensation and benefits
-Assisting with the production and implementation Of HR policies and procedures
-Providing HR functional expertise to sales/marketing for effective business results
