Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Lead Generation

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and confident MTO – Lead Generation to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching, connecting with people, and exploring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, and databases.
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand basic client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Maintain prospect and lead databases and keep follow-ups organized.
Schedule meetings with relevant prospects for the Business Development team.
Support the team in achieving monthly lead-generation targets
Share regular updates on outreach, follow-ups, and leads generated.

What They’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with new people and making professional calls.
Good research, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.Previous experience in sales or lead generation will be an added advantage.
