About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manager Accounts to oversee our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and audit with a proven ability to manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
Manage tax filings, including corporate tax, income tax, and sales tax returns.
Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for management.
Supervise the accounts team and provide guidance on accounting best practices.
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, and auditing.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.
Experience with financial reporting and audit processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA or CA finalist are preferred.
