Zue is hiring - Manager Client Operations – US Healtcare

Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure smooth daily operations and meet defined turnaround times (TATs).
  2. Achieve productivity and adherence targets across all team members.
  3. Maintain process accuracy and compliance above 98%.
  4. Ensure timely updates and achieve 90%+ client satisfaction.
  5. Identify and implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency.
  6. Oversee seamless coordination between internal teams and external clinics.
  7. Maintain optimal staff scheduling and timely documentation updates.
  8. Supervise accurate and timely insurance and patient onboarding processes.
  9. Generate periodic performance reports and highlight key operational insights.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in Operations Management (preferably in BPO or US Healthcare sector).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, healthcare CRMS, and operational reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results and compliance.
