Description

Looking for "Manager Continuous Process Improvement" for our multinational client based Karachi. Job Description: The manager will provide leadership in coordinating, assessing, developing & communicating plans based on a risk analysis of Operations . Will be responsible for Producing comprehensive management information report in line with client and stakeholder requirements depicting the performance of departments. Development of Business scorecard consisting of key performance indicators . Conduct an audit of current processes and systems including looking at optimizing performance by suggesting alternative ways for the teams to be structured or processes to be changed to deliver optimally. In the event of disruptions to business as usual to develop risk mitigation processes and measures that may result from any contingency plan. Monitor compliance to the induction process of all staff in department once taken on board and identify on and report any procedural gaps. Interfacing with senior management regularly to understand the business requirement and critical areas which need to be assessed based on the risk and business requirements.3-4 years of relevant experience.
