Job Title: Manager, Family Planning
Job Location: Karachi
Job Summary
The incumbent will provide technical expertise to plan and execute the Family Planning program at Company. And will supervise FP program activities related to field and data management to ensure the Implementation of day-to-day activities. while maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (staff, community, govt. departments, and referral organizations).
Key Responsibilities
· Provide technical support and administrative supervision to the field team in the provision of integrated Family Planning services to the targeted communities, and selected healthcare facilities.
· Liaise with the Population Welfare Department (PWD), Sindh to ensure seamless deployment of FP Counsellors, and uninterrupted provision FP Commodities as per the needs of clients.
· Liaise with the Heads of Departments of the FP sites to integrate FP services and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Plan and carry out regular and active (result-oriented) community engagement activities to ensure effective interaction with the community influencers, and communities of the FP sites / targeted vicinities through the respective teams for spreading awareness on FP services and birth spacing methods.
To ensure compliance with FP national standard for patient safety
· TO conduct base refresher training for FP standard.
· To ensure all FP sites follow infection prevention as per guidelines.
Job Specification
Education: Preferably a Medical doctor.
Experience: At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience preferably with renowned NGO(s) working on Family Planning.
