Looking for Manager Finance for Lakeside Energy Limited (A part of Naveena Group).
Qualification: Graduate from reputable HEC recognized university, minimum 16 years of education, preferably MBA, ACA, ACMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the power sector of Pakistan (in a similar role). Familiar with various reporting requirements / regulations by Government departments and regulatory bodies, including but not limited to NEPRA, CPPAG, State Bank of Pakistan.
Job Description:
· Preparation of monthly, quarterly and Annual Accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.
· Should be well versed with monthly and quarterly tax returns, quarterly advance tax, and annual tax return management.
· Preparation of regulatory accounts under the guidelines provided by National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA).
· Oversee contracts (including EPC and O&M) to ensure compliance with relevant obligations.
· Responsible for the timely submission of monthly Energy Invoice, pass-through invoices and other invoices to CPPA-G.
· Coordinate effectively for timely completion of commercial, legal and technical matters.
· Manage effectively and successfully, all the matters related to Power Purchase Agreement with the respective government authorities.
· Supervise approval and licenses and serve as liaison with power purchaser and other regulatory bodies.
· Should be able to prepare and submit the approvals for outward remittance to State Bank of Pakistan under different agreements with foreign vendors including registration of repayment schedule for our loans from International Lenders.
· Should be able to coordinate with the SBP/ the Authorized Agent Bank for responding the queries raised by SBP from time to time on our outward remittance requests for O&M, Advisors and other expenses including our Debt Servicing etc.
· Close coordinate with regulators and other stake others.
