Hiring - Manager Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
. Design and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure smooth facility and equipment operations.
. Develop and maintain documentation for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
. Ensure proper functioning of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC systems, compressors, fire alarm systems, and control systems.
. Supervise and control maintenance tools, spare parts, stores, and technical equipment inventory.
. Monitor maintenance budgets and energy consumption, ensuring cost-effective operations.
. Implement and improve workplace health, safety, and environmental policies within the facility.
. Remain available for 24/7 standby duties and emergency maintenance support when required.
. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures

Job Specifications
Experience: 8-10 years
Education: B.Sc / B.Tech / B.E
