Qualification: Graduation/Masters
Experience: Minimum 6 Years
Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
-Consistently meet all development deadlines as part of managerial responsibilities.
-Provide proactive assistance to the team in addressing daily challenges throughout the development process.
-Oversee the maintenance of all development tools, ensuring they are updated daily.
-Ensure prompt responses to all team communications within a 24-hour timeframe.
-Take a leadership role in preparing specifications for confirmed programs.
-Facilitate the sharing of all developments efficiently within the team.
-Identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with each product.
-Coordinate and obtain necessary documents from the team within specified timelines.
-Lead a seamless transition with the Execution team, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Personally verify that all submitted documents align with approved samples.
-Oversee the approval process for each development within a month after vendor confirmation.
-Strategically plan and execute outdoor activities with suppliers based on lead times.
-Provide managerial oversight for follow-ups on accessories with the purchasing department.
