Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while minimizing lead times and production costs.
- Coordinate with various departments including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.
- Lead a team of planning professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure departmental objectives are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience in production planning within the textile industry, preferably in lawn suit manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
