UBL is looking to hire a Manager Program and Project Management for its Information Technology Division. The resource would be responsible to lead and manage the project team to achieve the bank’s/project’s objectives. Implement a program/project management framework and project management best practices to effectively and efficiently manage the bank’s projects.

Job Description:
· Guide, motivate, and direct a project team
· Identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate the various processes and project management activities
· Ensure that the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully
· Plan Schedule Management, Define Activities, Sequence Activities, Estimate Activity Durations, Develop Schedule and Control Schedule
· Incorporate the organization's quality policy regarding planning, managing, and controlling project and product quality requirements to meet stakeholders’ objectives
· Identify, acquire, and manage the resources needed for the successful completion of the project
· Balance the competing constraints on the project with the resources available
· Use soft skills (e.g., interpersonal skills and the ability to manage people) to balance the conflicting and competing goals of the project stakeholders
· Display relationship skills involving the development of extensive networks of people (such as subject matter experts and influential leaders) throughout the program/project manager's sphere of influence
· Demonstrate essential capabilities such as negotiation, resilience, communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from any HEC recognized University
3-5 years of experience in programs/projects in relevant IT and banking fields
