Looking to hire Manager Quality Assurance for AmanTech - Vocational Training Institute, based in Karachi. Candidate should have Masters in any relevant field (e.g. MSc/MBA/MPA) preferably with an Engineering Degree. Other post graduate qualifications will also be considered. The incumbent should have 6-8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Enhancement Cell preferably in NGO Sector with a sound knowledge of Measuring, Learning and Evaluation. Should be able to develop & implement QA Manual and policies, process, methods of evaluation, self-assessment reports, should be able to identify and implement risk mitigation plan. Should be proficient in MS office & have strong communication skills.
