EXPERIENCE
8-10 years of extensive leadership role experience in Marketing & Sales functions with Manufacturing/FMCG industries.

JOB BRIEF
- Achieve sales targets visit the assigned territory regularly and identify new sales avenues for business growth.
- Realize product development opportunities through sampling and trials in both industrial and commercial segments.
- Ensure better customer management by providing the best services through prompt response and timely product delivery.
- Guide, coach, counsel and provide mentorship to the team to develop future leaders while maintaining a healthy and invigorating environment that encourages initiative & development of new ideas.
- Liaise with marketing for pricing, and quality providing necessary Demand Forecast to Planning to ensure better stock management.
- Complete official documentation (visit reports, sales & tour plans etc.) and market mapping in time ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Remain in touch with Government, semi-government & Private Organizations for business development.
- Carry out necessary surveys for Market Intelligence, market mapping & customer segmentation to remain abreast of the prevailing conditions in the marketplace.
