AGILE HR CONSULTING is looking to hire Manager/Sr. Manager Distribution for Pharmaceutical Company based in Karachi

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Distribution Manager or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
· In-depth knowledge of tender documentation procedures and bidding processes.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute institution sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
· Manage the tender documentation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Lead bidding processes, negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize distribution channels.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
