We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and experienced professional to join our healthcare team as a "Medical In charge/ Medical Administrator" at our Hyderabad medical facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily medical and administrative operations of the healthcare facility.
- Supervise doctors, nursing staff, pharmacists, & support staff.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records & medical documentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and overall performance.
- Manage medical inventory, equipment, and facility requirements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, SOPs, infection control, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding operational, administrative, and reporting matters.
- Prepare periodic operational reports and assist during internal and external audits.
- Address patient concerns professionally and ensure high-quality healthcare services.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and smooth operations throughout the facility.
- Support the implementation of new healthcare initiatives and quality improvement programs.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, Hospital Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
