We're Hiring | Medical Biller
Location: Lahore

What You'll Do: Prepare and submit medical claims to US insurance companies accurately and on time

. Review patient records and assign correct CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
. Follow up on unpaid, rejected, and denied claims for timely resolution
. Post payments, adjustments, and patient balances in the PMS
. Coordinate with providers and front desk staff to resolve billing discrepancies
. Generate billing reports and assist in month-end reconciliation

What We're Looking For:
. 1-3 years of experience in US medical billing & coding
. Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
. Familiarity with insurance guidelines - Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
. Experience with EHR/PMS systems (eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD, etc.)
. Understanding of EOBs, ERAs, and claim lifecycle
. Availability to work EST hours (evening/night shift Pakistan time)
