We're Hiring: Medical Billing Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced and driven Medical Billing Team Lead to join our team at Stellix Soft Pvt Ltd.

Experience Required: 3+ years in Medical Billing (US Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end medical billing operations (from patient registration to payment posting)
. Handle new client onboarding and independently set up billing workflows
. Ensure accuracy in claims submission, follow-ups, and denial management
. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders
. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
. Gradually build and lead a team as the function grows

What We're Looking For:
. Strong command of English communication (spoken & written)
. Hands-on expertise in AR, charge entry, coding basics, and denial management
. Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
. Leadership mindset with team handling potential

This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership and drive excellence in medical billing operations.
Type: Full-time | Onsite | 6 PM to 3 AM | Monday to Friday
