Required Skills:
. 2+ years of experience in transaction monitoring, fraud investigation, or quality assurance.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
. Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting software.
. High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
. Experience in merchant services or payment processing environments.
. Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, AML).
