To develop and operationalize departmental policies and procedures to optimize testing methods and processes aligned with test utilization. 2. Responsible for self-inspection Audit (Quarterly per year) and involve in relative CAPA (corrective and preventive action). 3. To ensure that Potable and purified water are tested by filtration method (membrance filtration assembly). 4. Responsible for Sterility testing by membrane filtration method (membrane filtration assembly & sterile dress). 5. To ensure appropriate lab tests to identify and isolate the microbial agents. 6.
