Position: MTO - HR Operations
Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - HR Operations to support our day-to-day HR functions. This role offers hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and
systems, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their career in Human Resources.

Job Description:
- Assist in maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Support employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HR policies
- Coordinate issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations
- Assist in managing attendance and leave records through HR systems
- Ensure timely updates of employee status changes
- Assist in implementation of HR policies and SOPs
- Coordinate training sessions, attendance, and feedback collection
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification & Experience:
- BBA / MBA / BS in HRM or relevant discipline
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
