Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
2. Order Processing:
• Support the order processing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for efficient order execution.
3. Data Analysis:
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports to assist in decision-making processes.
4. Logistics Coordination:
• Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any logistical issues.
5. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and distribution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process.
