Qualification: Graduate with at least 14 years of education from an HEC recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for expanding the branch liability portfolio by strengthening existing relationships and onboarding quality new customers, while ensuring superior service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Build strong relationships with existing account holders.
- Source new liability relationships through structured market outreach, business networking, and referrals.
- Drive growth in current deposits by increasing average balances and improving portfolio productivity.
- Identify opportunities for product penetration & cross sell.
- Maintain high customer service standards to ensure retention and long-term relationships.
- Monitor assigned portfolio performance and take proactive steps to manage inactive or dormant accounts.
- Work closely with branch management to support overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, KYC/AML policies, and regulatory guidelines.
