WE ARE HIRING - ASSISTANT MANAGER TALENT ACQUISITION

Location: S.I.T.E Area, Karachi

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in Talent Acquisition or Talent Management within the textile industry.

SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing operations, including Home Textile, Processing, Weaving, Spinning, Garments, Cut to Pack, and Corporate functions.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Manage end-to-end recruitment for managerial, technical, and operational positions.
. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
. Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring requirements.
. Drive employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee integration process.
. Facilitate the performance management process and talent review discussions.
. Prepare recruitment and talent management reports, dashboards, and analytics.
. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
