Description
Location: Karachi | Full-Time
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our e-commerce order operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee order processing, packaging, and dispatch.
Manage inventory across platforms; coordinate with logistics partners.
Maintain accurate product listings and track fulfillment KPIs.
Handle customer queries and support promotional campaigns.
Generate operational reports and ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant e-commerce or logistics experience.
Strong organizational, analytical & communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and inventory/order management tools.
