Description

Imtiaz is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented "Officer – HR Operations" to support our HR team at the branch level. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and delivering excellent employee service.

Location: Karachi.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and manage time-off processes.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant personnel files in line with labor laws.
  • Assist with statutory compliance (e.g., P.F, SESSI) and HR audits.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies.
  • Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Manage employee exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct across functions.
