KIN Logistic Solutions is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers as an Operations Officer.

This role is perfect for individuals passionate about Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and logistics management, eager to work in a fast-paced environment serving U.S. based clients.

• Shifts: Evening & Night (U.S. Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations and provide excellent customer service to U.S. clients.
• Track and trace shipments, manage routes, and oversee vehicle dispatch operations.
• Coordinate with drivers, ports, and other network partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Prepare and share operational reports using Excel and BI tools.
• Handle billing preparation and submission accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (internship or entry-level experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with logistics software.
