Job Opening: Patient Support Specialist (Night Shift)
Location: Lahore (100% Onsite)
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift) OR 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (after Daylight Saving)
Positions Available: 8
Salary: PKR 130,000/month
Experience Required: 2–3 years in a Patient Support or US-based Customer Support role

As a Patient Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients in the U.S., assisting them with appointment scheduling and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide professional, empathetic support to patient inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records in EMR/EHR systems.
- Verify insurance details and patient eligibility when required.
- Educate patients on procedures, required documents, and instructions.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Patient Support or US-based customer service.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
