WE'RE HIRING - PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Bachelors in Digital Marketing or Marketing related fields | 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, create, and execute performance marketing campaigns across social media platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and performance
- Manage monthly marketing budgets and ensure effective spend allocation
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and messaging
- Hands-on experience with campaign creation, execution, and optimization
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms
- Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and spend optimization
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus
