LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS

JOB SUMMARY:

• Supervises the technical and administrative activities of the assigned department
• Smooth functioning of pharmacy in the concerned shift
• Practice and follow all standards related to conceded pharmacy department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To coordinate with doctors and consultants about patient drug therapy.
2. To maintain the data of narcotic drugs.
3. To maintain inter transfer bills month to month.
4. To maintain the data base entries.
5. To coordinate with purchase department for placing the orders of medicines.
6. To maintain expiry and near expiry list of drugs.
7. To coordinate with IT department if there is any problem regarding software.
8. To maintain the stock of all medication and minimized the list of NA items.
9. To assist the staff training and competencies assessment.
10. Identify and deal with personnel issues in a protective way & in to be timely done.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

• Good Knowledge about the relative fields
• Knowledge about the relative fields.

• Strong supervision and leadership skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy/Pharm D.
• Professional Qualification: Pharm D/M.Phil. Master degree in pharmacy and registered as a
• Work Experience: At least 5 years working experience at the post of shift In charge.
