WE'RE HIRING - Planning Executive

We are seeking a Planning Executive to support our production planning team, ensuring accurate SAP execution, data management, and smooth cross-functional coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily production recording and ensure timely follow-ups with relevant departments
- Create and monitor Production Orders, Purchase Requisitions, BOM, and routing in SAP
- Support new material induction through accurate master data entry and coordination
- Manage bobbin and carton records including issuance, tracking, and consumption management
- Coordinate with Marketing, Production, and Dispatch teams to support daily operations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports using SAP with accuracy and clarity

REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience using SAP S/4 HANA
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data formatting
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
