Principal Frontend Developer (React JS)
Must have 6+ years of experience

Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to frontend development teams, driving best practices, architectural decisions, and code reviews.
React JS Expertise: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in React JS, including advanced concepts such as hooks, context API, and component lifecycle.
Architecture and Design: Architect scalable and maintainable frontend solutions, ensuring adherence to design patterns, performance optimizations, and accessibility standards.
Code Quality: Enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain high code quality, readability, and maintainability. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in frontend applications, optimizing rendering, network requests, and overall user experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into robust frontend solutions that align with business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and introduce innovative solutions.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the frontend development domain.
Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effectively diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in frontend applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (X years) as a Frontend Developer with a focus on React JS development.
In-depth understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
Strong knowledge of frontend build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TypeScript for static typing in React applications.
Knowledge of server-side rendering techniques using frameworks like Next.js.
