Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Java.
• Strong expertise in Java and related frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Apache Struts.
• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and distributed software systems.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
