Procurement Executive (Cost Control)

Job Description:
Complete knowledge of inventory requirements of preventive vehicle Maintenance (Filter, Tire, Accessories, Batteries, etc.)
Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority
Invite, assess, award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
Maintain good relationship with suppliers.
Work with internal and stakeholders to determine procurement needs.
Comply with and have knowledge of legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses to improve effectiveness
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Job Specifications
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement.
Skills: Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills
Salary: Market Competitive salary will be offered
