Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development of new glassware products for our glass manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market trends. understanding customer needs, and developing innovative glass products that meet market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the glass industry.
• Develop product concepts and prototypes in collaboration with design and production teams.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop custom zed glass
• Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and products.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of new products.
• Analyze competitors' products and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop and implement product lifecycle strategies to maximize product profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
