PRODUCTION MANAGER - COME JOIN OUR TEAM

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field

EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of progressive experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Oversee end-to-end production of personal care products ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets
• Lead and manage production teams to achieve output, quality, and cost objectives
• Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering for seamless production operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimization and operational excellence
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and conduct regular safety audits and trainings
